The North Bay Art and Film Festival (NBAFF) is an annual three day event showcasing independent films and select artisans from Northern California. The event was created by independent filmmakers with the sole purpose to showcase and screen new and upcoming talent. The NBAFF 2016 event will take place on October 7th, 8th and 9th.
The Festival will be held in the artistic seaside town of Benicia, California at a site of spectacular beauty and historic significance, the Commanding Officer’s Quarters at the Benicia Armory now the home to Carter’s Biz Cafes, a cutting-edge, co-working and business development venue.

The Festival will be held at Carter’s Biz Cafes located at the historic Commandant’s Quarters in the Benicia Armory. Artisans will be set up around the 156 year old historic mansion in a scenic park setting.

Awards & Prizes
Jury prizes will be awarded for the best film submissions of 20 minutes or less. If short-listed for a Jury Prize, additional preview copies of the film must be provided by the submitting party if requested by the North Bay Art and Film Festival.
Recognition prizes will be awarded to all winners and finalists. Every official selection, nominee and winners will be announced on our website and social media.
